Dillina Stickley maintains a diverse general civil practice focused on business, employment, personal injury and domestic relations.
Law Practice Experience
Dillina has broad litigation and negotiation experience. She is an experienced trial attorney for cases involving employment, wrongful death, personal injury and real property and has practiced before the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court. Dillina also has extensive experience in domestic relations cases focusing on complex equitable distribution. Dillina’s practice emphasizes counseling and risk management in business and employment related issues. Her specialized services for employers include discrimination avoidance and diversity training. Dillina is an advocate of collaborative law to solve her client’s problems and she uses those skills for her domestic relations, business and personal injury clients. Dillina also serves as an attorney referred arbitrator and mediator for a broad variety of issues.
Dillina is a qualified trainer of collaborative practice and procedures by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Dillina has over 10 years of teaching experience as an adjunct Professor of Business Law at Bridgewater College. She also serves as a team teacher of negotiation practice at Washington and Lee School of Law, and frequently lectures at the University of Virginia School of Law. She has been a frequent presenter of negotiation strategies and tactics for Virginia State Bar CLE programs. She regularly presents seminars for business clients and volunteer emergency service organizations on a variety of topics.

Dillina is married to an avid hunter and outdoorsman, has 3 grown daughters and a number of grandchildren. She serves on the Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater, Virginia, and is active in her church.
