Beth Driver is a native of Rockingham County who has a general civil practice.

Law Practice Experience
Prior to joining Hoover Penrod PLC, Beth interned for the Honorable Robert Goodlatte, United States Congress, the Honorable James Turk, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and clerked for the judges of the Circuit Court of Rockingham County. Since recently joining Hoover Penrod in 2013, Beth has developed a practice which focuses on civil litigation, especially in the areas of bankruptcy and domestic relations.
Member Virginia State Bar; Harrisonburg-Rockingham County Bar Association (Treasurer 2014-2015).
Beth is active in her Lutheran church and is a sports enthusiast. She is married to a Certified Public Accountant.
